Who you're dealing with

Vouchworth is a trading name of [FULL LEGAL NAME], a sole trader registered in Ireland, of [BUSINESS ADDRESS]. These terms apply when you buy the audit and setup or the monthly program.

What we provide

The services are described on our pricing section: an audit and setup (one-off) and a monthly program. We'll carry out the work with reasonable skill and care.

What we can't promise

AI assistants and search engines decide independently which businesses to show or recommend, and they change how they work without notice. We do not guarantee any ranking, recommendation, number of reviews, or business result. We do guarantee to carry out the work described.

What we need from you

• Manager access to your Google Business Profile.
• A list of completed jobs (customer name, email or phone, job type) at least weekly, if you want review requests sent.
• Confirmation that you're allowed to share your customers' contact details with us for this purpose, and that each customer has had a service from you.
• Accurate information about your business.

Reviews

We follow Google's review policies. We send the same neutral request to every customer you give us. We do not offer incentives, filter out customers, write reviews, or ask customers to say anything specific. You agree not to ask us to do any of these things.

Payment

• The audit and setup is paid upfront. Its full price is credited against the monthly program if you start it within 14 days.
• The monthly program is billed monthly in advance by card, with a 3-month minimum term. After that it continues month to month.
• Prices exclude VAT or sales tax where it applies.

Cancelling

After the minimum term, cancel any time by emailing alan@tryvouchworth.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for. When you cancel, we remove our access to your profiles and delete your customers' details.

Your data and your customers' data

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. For your customers' details we act as your data processor and only use them to send your review requests.

Liability

Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We're not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
